Our patients love Juan – most of them have been seeing her for over a decade! They love her because she is gentle with her hands but honest with her advice. She is deeply invested in your oral health and brings you into the partnership by explaining what procedure she is doing and why she is doing it. She is the coach you never had, who is going to educate and instill good habits. If you’ve had a bad experience with a dental hygienist, you must come see Juan.
Yes. She was born in Garland and grew up in Oak Cliff (Dallas), Garland, and Mesquite.
She was the rare child who loved going to the dentist! She also truly enjoys caring for people. So becoming a dental hygienist was an obvious choice. She graduated from the Baylor School of Dental Hygiene, Dallas in 1991 and has been caring for patients at Love 2 Smile Dental ever since. A lot of her patients grew up around her and now it’s a great joy to care for their young children.
In one word – Dr. Divya. She loves the fun, upbeat, but busy vibe in the office. She also loves the open communication environment built on the foundation of honesty.
As a 4th grader, She saw “Peter and the Wolf” at the Dallas Symphony, and to this day that concert is etched in her memory.
